how do I stop incoming collect calls to my home phone. My young daughter is accepting these calls against my wishes.

Since you apparently aren't intercepting the calls you will likely come out better contacting your phone company. Most have options to block calls from a prison or jail. If you can intercept a call, is you listen to the recording there is an option to block these calls to your phone. Be advised once you block them...it is very hard to remove.
